CoSY is a not-for profit enterprise. We refurbish computers and other ICT equipment, upgrading wherever possible for discounted sale to low income families, community groups, schools and charities.
CoSY also builds new computers to customer specification; supplies and installs interactive whiteboards and projectors to schools; installs server based networks (both wire and wireless networks) maintains and repairs them; supplies and installs CCTV equipment to protect investment.
CoSY was launched in 2002 by the then secretary of
state for education and sheffield MP David Blunkett. Our twin aims are to
close the gap between the haves and have-nots in IT and to provide new routes
to training and employment for school-leavers and adults.
